WEB TOOL
Purchasers of the IOL Counselor Web Tool must sign and fax back the Web Tool license agreement prior to posting the Web Tool on their website. This license agreement grants the holder a one year license to use the Web Tool and provides the holder’s web master with a document that provides permission to use PEC’s copyrighted content on one website. It also outlines the terms of the license and the requirement to renew the license annually at a cost of $79.95. Failure to return the license agreement with signature puts the purchaser at risk for copyright violation should the content be used in any manner other than permitted within the license.
